R&M Roadside and Fleet Service provides 24/7 roadside assistance and fleet services. Services are provided based on availability, location, and safety conditions. We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service if conditions are unsafe or beyond our service capabilities.

Service Requests

By requesting service, you confirm that the information you provide (including location and vehicle details) is accurate. Delays or inability to provide service may occur if incorrect information is given.

Pricing and Payment

Service pricing may vary depending on the type of service, location, time, and complexity of the job. Payment is due at the time services are completed unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Additional charges may apply for extra labor, parts, or extended service time.

Cancellations

If a service request is canceled after dispatch, a cancellation or service call fee may apply.

No Guarantee of Repair

While we strive to provide effective roadside and fleet services, we do not guarantee that all issues can be fully repaired on-site or that your vehicle will be operational after service.

Limitation of Liability

R&M Roadside and Fleet Service is not responsible for:

• Pre-existing vehicle damage or mechanical issues

• Delays caused by traffic, weather, or unsafe conditions

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

• Providing accurate service information

• Ensuring safe access to the vehicle

• Securing personal belongings

Safety

For safety reasons, customers must follow all instructions given by our technicians during service.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on our website and take effect immediately upon posting.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state in which services are provided.
